Welcome to an online chakra yoga series for gay men who are ready to move through the body, clear the mental static, and stop treating inner peace like a suspicious link in a text message.

This class series explores all seven chakras from Root to Crown, using breath, movement, affirmations, reflection, and accessible yoga practices. We’ll begin with the Root Chakra, connected to grounding, stability, and safety, then move into the Sacral Chakra, connected to emotion, flow, creativity, and sensuality.

From there, we’ll explore the Solar Plexus Chakra for confidence, willpower, fire, and self-trust, followed by the Heart Chakra for compassion, openness, kindness, and unconditional love.

We’ll also move through the Throat Chakra, connected to truth, speech, expression, and authentic communication, then into the Third Eye Chakra for perception, insight, intuition, and inner wisdom. Finally, we’ll close with the Crown Chakra, connected to cosmic consciousness, liberation, spiritual connection, and the silent OM.
